Pet Policy & Guidelines
To ensure the safety of your dog, as well as the comfort and safety of all of our guests and hotel staff, we ask that you observe the following hotel pet policy
Up to two dogs are allowed in each of our dog friendly rooms.
A charge of £15.00 per dog is applied for stays from 1 – 7 nights. This cleaning charge does not cover any damage to furniture, hotel property or to carpets, nor does it cover the cost of cleaning any carpet stains. Any such damages will result in the assessment of additional charges, if necessary, after checkout. Dogs must be well-behaved, socially interactive and in good health.
Dogs must be kept on a leash and accompanied by his/her owner/guardian in all public areas of the hotel, including outdoors. Your dog cannot be left unattended in your room at any time unless crated.
Please do not leave your pet unattended in public areas at any time. For the safety and comfort of your dog, Housekeeping will enter your room only if your pet is not present or you are present and your pet is leashed or crated. You are responsible for cleaning up after your pet in the hotel grounds.
For the comfort of other dining guests, pets are not permitted in the dining room. Any disturbances must be curtailed to ensure other guests are not inconvenienced. We reserve the right to require immediate removal of any dog that displays inappropriate behaviour. The hotel staff and management have the right to refuse accommodation to you and your dog(s) due to size, quantity, type of animal and aggressive behaviour.
Dog owners/guardians accept full responsibility and liability for any damage to property or persons injured by their dog.
